This is a nationally recognised course with a professional trainer for those staff requiring more intensive training. Complete with workbooks and certification, this 4 hour course is designed to complement Barringtons Online Induction Program. The course includes topics such as; Surviving a Robbery, Opening and Closing Procedures and Target Hardening Strategies
Online Induction Program - Armed Robbery Survival Skills
This induction program is a 20 minute interactive online or internet competency base training program. The sole focus of the induction is on harm minimisation and self preservation. The induction is the critical safety module from Barringtons classroom based course. It is critical for ALL staff.

- How to have the confidence and skills to survive an armed robbery
- How their actions can also ensure the safety of other people present
- The mental tools to maximise their safety
Online Induction Program - Dealing with Difficult People
Barringtons Dealing with Difficult People online course is designed to help your staff identify a situation involving difficult people, and understand what actions they can take to minimise conflict and resolve the situation.
This induction is a 30 minute inteactive online competency based training program. The focus of the induction program is to minimise conflict and maximise safety of those involved, and staff and customers in the vicinity. This course is recommened training for ALL staff and includes topics such as:
- Recognising a Difficult Person
- Managing Conflict and Taking Control
- Your Safety
- The Importance of Recording an Incident
