"In this climate of limited resources, streamline staffing levels and" competitive markets it is very common for sales people to sell their souls and over promise and under deliver, Danielle Peters from Total HR Solutions, was a "one woman band", when we first started dealing with her and I had some reservations about what she could actually deliver but I had no need to worry.

From the first day we signed her up on a monthly retainer, to review all of our HR systems and procedures, she has consistently delivered on what was promised.  Her positive, can do, professional attitude, although very irritating on a Monday morning, is infectious and lifts the management team. 

Danielle continues to offer new services to our Club including OH&S management and has expanded her team and we now consider her an important member of our team.

"I just wanted to let you know that George was just fantastic when he was here on Monday and Tuesday of this week.  He managed to get through so much work in such a short space of time.  I had a quick meeting today with the WHS committee to fill them in on what’s happen and they are all so excited and now super committed to sticking with the committee.

Lee and Suzi have quickly developed a very strong working relationship with George and he is fitting in to our culture like he has been with us for ages.  Paul is very happy to know that we are well on our way to getting our WHS issues sorted out and in line with legislation requirements.

And as a side note – the ladies in the office think George is a bit of a ‘hottie’ – they were all asking when he is coming back – so he is definitely a hit there.

Danielle – you run such a professional company.  Michelle wowed everyone with her personality profiling and now George has made a bit hit with his WHS work (and who knew WHS could ever be a big hit!!).
